    • Mr. Li, Zhiyue, known as Jerry Li, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, responsible for Finance Management, Capital Investment, and Investor Relations.
    • Mr. Li was appointed the current position in March 2018. Mr. Li worked for China Resources (Holdings) Co. Ltd and its subsidiary business units May 2011 to September 2017 and was Deputy Head of Treasury of Finance Department of China Resources (Holdings), CFO of China Resources Healthcare Group, and CFO of China Resources Phoenix Healthcare Holdings.
    • Prior to China Resources group, Mr. Li worked at Credit Agricole CIB, Shinhan Asia Limited, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and Bank of China.
    • Mr. Li is a CFA Charterholder with Master in Finance from London Business School and Bachelor in Economics from Renmin University of China.
